Beech Grove Middle School Athletics

Although the 8th graders lost to Franklin Central, their performance this year has improved, and they still did great work on the court. Starting on the defensive side, the girls had a total of 18 digs, and Journey Miller contributed to 13 of those! The remainder of the digs were from Lucy Brandenburg, Jaliyah Golder, and Cali Mckay. Switching it over to the offensive side, there were a total of 8 aces and 5 kills from Kaylie Campbell, Aliyah Falleb, Laila Herron, Jaliyah and Cali. Overall, the girls had a great performance despite the loss to Franklin Central. The Lady Hornets will have their first round at County on September 10th.
